KC Lyons

KC Lyons' love for yoga and it's ability to help her find a sense of calmness, peace, and healing within while moving through grief and stress inspired her to become a yoga teacher, enabling her to help guide others on their journey of healing and well being.

While in Yoga Teacher Training, KC learned about fascia and began doing myofascial release and loved the benefits she felt. She knew it was something she wanted to learn more about and is now certified in hands-on and self-myofascial release techniques that help decrease tension and pain in the body. She offers one on one sessions of fascial release and enjoys traveling to a variety of studios to offer group self-myofascial release workshops all around Massachusetts and East Burke, Vermont.

In addition to teaching weekly classes at local studios and the myofascial release workshops, KC teaches chair yoga at local nursing homes.

KC an occupational therapy assistant with over 25 years experience in the traditional healthcare field. *Please note KC is not practicing as an occupational therapy assistant within the yoga studios/wellness and healing spaces.* She does draw on her vast experience as a therapist and knowledge of the body/injuries/illnesses to guide students safely through all classes and sessions.

Throughout all her workshops and classes, KC aims to provide a safe place for people to come back to themselves and breathe again.
